Transferring to another word processor

Since Accenter does not handle advanced formatting features such as tables and columns, you may need to take the work you have done in Accenter and transfer it to another word processor. There are two easy ways to do this.

Save the document

Since Accenter uses rich text format (*.rtf), you can save your file, and then directly load it with another word processor.

Use the clipboard

This is often the quicker way. Choose 'Select all' from the 'Edit' menu. This highlights the entire text of your document. Now select 'Copy' from the 'File' menu. This places your document onto the windows clipboard.

Now you can paste your text into another word processor directly, using that word processor's 'Paste' command.
