Recovering a lost Software Activation File

 When you purchased a product from Virtu Software, you received by email a software activation file. This file turned the "demo" version of the software into the "full" version, and allowed you to use it past the trial period.

If you have a computer/hard drive failure, or you need to transfer the software to a different computer, you will need to use this activation file to re-activate the software after downloading it again from the site.
  If you did not keep a permanent copy of your activation file, as instructed when you purchased the software, you will need to request another copy of the activation file. A $3.00 processing fee will be charged for a replacement activation file.

To request a new activation file, please click the payment link below. You will be contacted by email for the specifics of your original purchase (order number, approximate purchase date, and/or customer's name). The $3.00 fee will not be processed until your original order has been located and a new activation file sent.
